So happy we chose Chef Val and her staff for our corporate event! The presentation was wonderful, they arrived on time, and the cost was better than any other proposal we received. Everyone loved their food, but the biggest hits were the Deviled Eggs, the Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bites, and the Triple Chocolate and Red Corvette Velvet Cupcakes! I would definitely and use them again for our next event. Thanks so much Chef Val, you were a delight to work with!

I booked Chef Val for a private birthday brunch for my mother and a few of her close friends. She and her guests really enjoyed the meal. Chef Val was excellent. She provided different options for the guests based on their dietary needs and was very responsive.

Chef Val is one of the kindest ladies I have ever met. Her heart overflows with understanding and compassion. The breakfast she prepared for our event was so delicious that our guests were asking for more. Her price stayed within our budget. Chef Val is the epitome of professionalism. She is world class. Chef Val was truly a gem. She was very concerned about my event and that matters to me. She and her assistant were so pleasant and my guest and I enjoyed the food so much. We had a vegetarian menu, and Im not a vegan. However, my guest and I asked for seconds and thirds of Chef Val's delectable food. From the vegetarian gumbo to the sweet potato veggie burger and to top it all off for dessert vegetarian lemon pound cake and apple crisp, Delicious. Once again great service, great food, and lots of fun.
