- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides having a degree in Culinary Arts & Culinary management, I'm a member of the American Culinary Federation, the Armerican Personal & Private Chef Association, and I attend periodic seminars dealing with cooking techniques and food safety. I certified by the State of Illinois Department of Public Health in Food Service Sanitation.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Family history in the culinary arts. As a personal chef I get to exercise my creative talents on a personal level.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Menu planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation and storage, provide heating instructions, and leaves the kitchen clean and spotless. The only thing I leave behind is the fresh aroma and a healthy meal cooked at home.
