This review is long overdue. I used this company a few months ago and they did an excellent job. I dont think my house has ever been as clean. I have used other cleaning companies on Thumbtack before, and this was by far the best experience.

Crystal Shine was on time & thorough. They cleaned the entire house include appliances & inside all my cabinets. She didn’t know we have well water & had a hard time cleaning the shower door to her standards. She said she had a product that would do a better job but didn’t have it with her. So she offered to come back because although she cleaned it well, it didn’t meet her standards. Excellent work. Thank you!!

Very satisfied with Nicole and her partner's work with cleaning my home! They arrived on time and went straight to business. They took care of every nook and cranny and went above and beyond what I was expecting to be cleaned. They cleaned the windows (which I was not expecting at all), and they even scraped off remnants of a decal that was left on a window from the previous owners. Nicole worked very hard to clean my stove, which I have never seen from past cleaners. I will definitely be utilizing Crystal Shine Cleaning in the future!

Absolutely EXCELLENT experience from start to finish. Super responsive and accommodating with timeframe I needed for a move out clean. Extremely reasonable price! The rental we were moving out of was immaculate after Crystal Shine Cleaning Company was done and our landlord immediately refunded our full $2,400 security deposit as a result. I will definitely use them again for periodic deep cleaning at our new home. I've used The Cleaning Authority in the past but Crystal Shine Cleaning Company was more reasonably priced, more accomodating to my schedule and did a much better job. Make them your first choice. You won't be disappointed!
