I’d give Katie 2 1/2 star rating as on the surface it looked OK and I tipped her heavily thinking that was the case. Before she left she asked if I wanted to go and do a double check I responded ‘I trust as a business person you would’ve done a good job without me having to check.’ I will never trust again in regard to that.
I asked for a deep cleaning in my project request and I got mediocre at best. Dusting was done halfway if at all, as there were multiple large wooden pieces that were not dusted at all. My mirrors weren’t dusted or cleaned and a couple of my large bar mirrors were sprayed and left streaked and noticeably so. My bar shelves were not dusted at all.
She did offer to come back at a later time to fix the issues, but that was too late as I was having company that evening and had to go and redo everything before they came. And I didn’t get a response from her after my declining her coming back. I sent her photos of some of the areas she missed.
