- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everyone receives a FREE consultation. Its a great chance to interview and see if we're the right fit for you. You decide to hire us following this free consultation. Following the free consultation, and as long as you're satisfied with how everything goes, we can discuss getting you started with our "Introductory New Client Special" of 5x 60 minute workout sessions for $350. For more information on our prices & packages you can go to our website. There you will see a tab that says "Prices and Packages" that explains in detail our pricing structure and package options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1️⃣ Contact Us Schedule a FREE, no-obligation in-home fitness consultation to see if our services are the right fit for you. 2️⃣ Your Complimentary Consultation Once your appointment is set, we come directly to your home or workplace at a time that works best for you. During this visit, your trainer will discuss your goals, lifestyle, and any prior training experience. We will complete a personalized fitness assessment—including basic measurements, mobility, strength, and endurance checks—to help us design the most effective plan for you. This initial visit lasts approximately 30–45 minutes, followed by a short 15-minute introductory workout so you can experience our training style firsthand. 3️⃣ Customized Plan & Program Setup From day one, your trainer will develop a personalized fitness program tailored to your goals, schedule, and comfort level. We ensure that you have everything you need to begin your training with confidence—right in the convenience of your own home. No equipment? No problem. We bring what’s needed to get you started. 4️⃣ The Workouts — Designed for Results Our signature approach focuses on efficient, total-body workouts that maximize calorie burn, improve strength, and build a strong core — all while keeping sessions engaging and tailored to your abilities. Every exercise is personalized to fit any physical considerations, ensuring your training is both safe and effective. 5️⃣ Expectations & Support You’ll meet with your trainer 3 days per week, with sessions scheduled around your availability. On the days we’re not with you, you’ll receive guidance to keep your momentum going. We focus on realistic, steady progress, typically aiming for 1–2 pounds of weight loss per week where appropriate — small numbers that create big change over time. Your trainer remains in close communication throughout your journey to help keep you motivated and on track. Our mission is to provide a truly supportive, hands-on approach every step of the way. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our trainers have a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology and some of us also have Masters degrees. We are all certified through a National Accredited Personal Training Council. Please refer to our website under the tab, "Meet your Trainers" to see what degrees and certificates our trainers hold.
