Brian has been helping us with our computer and/or problems since 2004. As a computer dinosaur, I could count on Brian to take the time to explain things to me and be patient even if my lack of knowledge or brain block got in the way. He helped us convert to Apple Products and just recently talked me out of spending money on something he felt I didn't need. Instead he showed me how to take advantage of my IPAD. Would highly recommend Brian Dirsmith and Associates.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our standard hourly rate is $125 for Monday-Saturday, 8:00AM - 6:00PM/CST. Two-hour minimum for on-site work. Remote support is billed at $150/hour, 15-minute increments. Support is available outside these hours at premium rates, quoted upon request.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Most projects require some sort of discussion first in order to get a sense of what's wrong and how urgent a solution is required. While texting or email can suffice for some circumstances, a conversation is really best.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    We work with individuals, "SOHO" small office/home office, and business environments. While our specialty is working with almost any Apple device, we're fully bi-lingual with Windows-compatible devices.
