- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard hourly rate is $125 for Monday-Saturday, 8:00AM - 6:00PM/CST. Two-hour minimum for on-site work. Remote support is billed at $150/hour, 15-minute increments. Support is available outside these hours at premium rates, quoted upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most projects require some sort of discussion first in order to get a sense of what's wrong and how urgent a solution is required. While texting or email can suffice for some circumstances, a conversation is really best.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with individuals, "SOHO" small office/home office, and business environments. While our specialty is working with almost any Apple device, we're fully bi-lingual with Windows-compatible devices.
