Introduction: At HouseReady, my goal is to help you sell your property quickly and for the best price. I have degrees in Interior Design and Business as well as 15 years experience of successfully staging homes in the Chicago Area.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My consultation fee starts at $200. Based on the scope of the work, my staging fee varies. There is no cost or obligation for me to visit a property to strategize and give and estimate of my staging fee as well as an estimate of what it may cost for any needed staging items that the homeowner may chose to rent or buy to help the house sell quicker and for the highest price.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I will visit the property with a "Buyer's Eye" and analyze the property and determine how to put it's best foot forward to increase it chance of standing out from the competition. Depending on whether the homeowner is a " do it yourselfer" or if they choose to have it done by us, I will give them an estimate of the staging project. After I am hired and we go through the house with a suggested improvement list, I will prioritize the most important items based on the homeowners budget and what the client choses to do.
