My name is Siva and I'm 22 as of July 2019. In July 2015, I weighed 144 lbs and could do absolutely zero pull-ups. I lacked upper body strength and I wanted to be able to do at least 15. I searched for personal trainers with the local fitness center, Sachs Recreation Center, and was asked to meet with Sam Z. Thus began my tryst with Biokinetic Health and Wellness Consulting! Over the past few years, I've changed from a clueless high-school graduate to a driven, motivated, and passionate college graduate. I have the opportunity to work with a Fortune 50 firm as an electrical engineer and have succeeded in delivering my original promise of 15 pull-ups to fruition. It's easy to say that accomplishments happen only to do the hard work and tenacity of the achiever. Moreover, it's even easier to not talk about gratitude at all. But if there's one thing I've learned about Sam, it's being grateful. I'm truly grateful to be able to first of all afford the chance to train with a knowledgeable and professional mentor like Sam. We've worked together over a plethora of physical injuries, mental fatigue, lack of motivation, and a loss of sense of purpose. Throughout it all, the iron discipline he always vouches for has delivered me great results. If you have the mindset for serious change and if you have the financial standing to afford, say a session a week, and work on your own during the rest of your time, I give you my word that Sam will help you chart a successful course of action. If you think about it, exercise is just us moving our body parts and picking things up and putting them down. You might ask, "Oh why the hullabaloo about a simple personal trainer?". Sam is an awesome trainer. My wife and I worked out with him for the past several months. He always always incorporated our respective weaknesses and strengths into personalized workout routines, he gave helpful feedback and targeted massage/stretching exercises where we had muscle pain. We both feel (and are!) a lot stronger now, and feel a lot better overall. We will miss working out with him, but we have learned a lot and will be able to take this with us to our new home. We are very grateful for all of this.

I’ve worked out regularly at a gym for the past 10years. Before training w Sam I took all kinds of classes. I was leaving the classes sore and tired and was sure I was getting a great workout... I’ve now been working out w Sam for over 2 years. Looking back at all my time spent in classes - I think I was sore and tired because I was doing things wrong - improper form and moves that just didn’t work for me. I now train once a week. During this hour I get a great workout - but most of all I learn movements and I know how to best to strengthen my body. The rest of week I no longer attend classes - and I don’t wonder the gym floor unsure of myself. I have a full arsenal of exercises to keep me busy and safe from injury. Sam is very knowledgeable and will customize his training to your needs. Best of all - I’m much stronger and more tone.
