A bit of a funny story, my husband was a little skeptical since sometimes some pages on instagram are not legit but I told him we should reach out and ask for information since I had seen Amyth had a dog on his profile ( I am a dog lover and tend to trust people a little more knowing they have pets). Indeed Amyth was very trusting from the beginning. He was very detailed with his information and was also super attentive and we both liked that. Booking with him was really easy and easily understandable. We were a little worried about the shoots since we had never had professional pictures taken but from the start Amyth was very professional and did not make us feel awkward but rather we felt very comfortable working with him. On our wedding day he was also very punctual ready to go. Everyone was pleased on how kind he was and how he worked along with his partner. Our bridal party was also very comfortable working with him, and we were able to see that on our pictures, everyone looked great and not awkward at all. Looking at her work before hand, her command and use of natural light is just unreal (PLEASE look at the photos with my review!). Beyond her incredible talent as a photographer, she swooped in LAST minute (I'm talking 3 weeks before the wedding) when my other photographer bailed. I wish I had found Maegan from the start! She went so above and beyond- I mean, this HERO finished my bouquet when I realized moments before that it needed last touches! We wanted a very natural almost documentary style for our little 12 guest wedding in a historic home, capturing the space we were getting married, the energy, and our guests just being themselves. Maegan nailed it on EVERY POINT. From the more traditional posed pictures to the casual shots, everything was beautiful. (I also want to note that she is amazingly versatile. She's incredible at tailoring her shooting to what you're looking for in your photos. We had a dark and moody/warm toned space, but if you look at other weddings she's shot she nails the bright, soft, dreamy romantic vibe BEAUTIFULLY. Regardless of the style, her eye for light, composition, and mood are unwavering.) Her photos captured the vibe, the energy, and the way the wedding FELT comes through in her photos. He was easygoing when it came to everything from scheduling the shoot, collaborating with ideas swinging back and forth, to executing the shoots themselves. He was reliable, punctual, and very down to earth/relaxed, with the ability to provide a makeup artist with enough notice and some (suggested - this is their profession!) dividends!
