My pricing is based on the project scope and materials. I always provide a clear written estimate before starting any work. No hidden fees. Discounts are possible for bundled or larger projects.

First I review photos or visit the site for an estimate. Then I send a written quote. After approval and deposit, I schedule the work, order materials, and complete the project with progress updates.
