Alex was my handyman and he did a great job , he had to come back he didn’t charge me extra hours. He certainly was an experienced handyman and he didn’t have no for an answer. Even though he was a bit late I forgo this fact.

Easy to book and communicate with. Submitted an inquiry on Saturday and get an appointment Sunday morning. Master Ruslan arrived on time. Was able to fix some sink drains, faucet, redo a frame to the attic, and other miscellaneous tasks I don’t feel confident to do.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price of 1 working hour of a handyman is 75$ per hour including road to your adress or it can be a fixed price depending on the complexity and details of the work and extra expenses for the supplies and materials for work. The fixed priced is set after estimation done by the master.
We also have discount fees for our regular customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, we analyze the task and the item, carefully choosing the most appropriate expert for each specific task or repair. Subsequently, in collaboration with the selected expert, we determine the optimal solution for the order and proceed with the estimation. Following this, we establish and discuss a mutually convenient date for the completion of the work, covering all the necessary details of the process.
