I hired Serhii to do several jobs at my home including repair of bi-fold doors, installing switch for outdoor lights, replacing patio door lock set and handle and installing curtain rods. Hired to install gutter guards for our entire house since some sections were too high for us to reach. Communication: Serhii communicated very well upfront and provided a remote estimate which we appreciated. Communication during and after project was not super clear. Quality: Quality of installation is acceptable although lacks professional look since corners were not properly mitered or were left straight. However, there are no significant gaps that would let leaves in so that’s a good thing. Completeness of work: On the day of install he determined the height of the highest sections exceeded his equipments capacity as well but still continued the installation on the rest of the house. He did adjust the estimate. Communication of section left incomplete was unclear since we found additional sections of the gutters that were not addressed which are lower sections. We reached out to Serhii regarding this but have not received a response yet so hopefully can get it sorted soon. Hope to work with him in the future on other projects and set out expectations clearer next time.
