The only issue I had was with the cost of the cleaning that day. I was quoted $150, but it was not clearly explained that this amount was per person, which made the final cost much higher than I expected. As this was my first time using the service, I expected the quoted price to reflect the total cost.
Even with that concern, I would still recommend her service because the cleaning itself was excellent. I would just advise being very clear and specific about the quoted price, how it is calculated, and what the final total will be before any work begins.
