11-15 items (1 TV) - $140 plus a $20 tip = $160 It took 3 hours, 3 items were not put up. Henrry did part of the job that was asked. He was pleasant and did the work quickly. He brought his own anchor screws, not sure how great they were but the work was average. I can see some of the screws and all the shelving items are leaning forward. Not sure if it’s just his anchor screws or they need to be screwed in farther. The only issue I had is getting him to come back and finish the work. I knew not to pay in full if he had to come back but I did and I tipped. I own property so I know there’s the risk of people not finishing the work once they have the money but in good faith I did. Long story short he didn’t come back but I requested a $40 refund, he refunded me $25 (his tip + $5). I wouldn’t rehire but I wouldn’t recommend against hiring him. He did most of what was asked. Just check the work in detail beforehand and definitely wait to pay in full if there’s more that needs to be done.
