Willie is refreshing...he is polite and respectful of personal space. He was having problems with the pattern I chose but was diligent and kept at it and the pattern was perfect and the floor looks spectacular. It took him 2 days to finish project even though he only quoted for 1 day he honored his estimate. I will be hiring Willie to complete another bathroom floor shortly.
