FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer financing and offer great competitive rates on retail work and we can also help you get approved for storm damage through your homeowners insurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it’s for a retail project we typically come out on a day and time that works best for the homeowner and we take measurements and look at all the details. We see what kind of material preferences they have and show them what we can offer, design ideas and color matches and then give them a free estimate. If it’s for storm damage we want to inspect the property for hail or wind damage. We know exactly what insurance companies look for in order to determine what will be replaced. If the damage is minimal we don’t recommend filing a claim because it will either be fully denied or a minimal amount will be awarded for a small repair. Based on the evidence we find on the property is how we advise our homeowners. Knowing what insurance companies look for is what gives us a 97% approval rating for handling claims. We won’t advise a homeowner to file a claim if the damage just isn’t there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and have hands on experience of over 10 years. Combine that with our sister company Valdex Construction who is experienced in both residential and commercial roofing and siding and with hands on experience as a union roofer we are looking at 20 years of experience combined. You’re in great hands.
