About a month ago, I found Shine Again on Angie's/Home Advisor as I was in the market for a new window cleaning company and Rad was very quick to send a response to schedule a time he can come out to give us an estimate. He was very professional & friendly when I met him. He's upfront with the costs of window cleaning. I like that he does one price per window because based on my previous experience with another company, we were charged per item (windows, tracks, screens, etc). But Rad assured me that the price he charges includes everything. I also asked if he does power washing of a garage door. During my conversation with him, he included that on the total cost which he could've charged me extra for it. When he came to do the window cleaning, he was very thorough. He even went back to one window because he felt he missed something on it. It really shows how great of a job he does. I will definitely recommend him to friends & family and will be hiring him again. I'll also hire him out to clean our solar panels one of these days.
