- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure is competitive and is quoted for each client. Factors that determine pricing can include length of play time, mileage, availability of parking, and use of one of my keyboards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a customer is considering booking me I always invite them to hear me play live music. I want to make sure that my services and musical style are a good match for their occasion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BSME and MME degree in music as well as a piano tuning/ technician certificate. I am a member of numerous music related professional organizations including MTNA and ISMTA. I have served as an officer in the Naperville ISMTA as well as Chairman of Programs and Chairman of Recitals.
