- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor degree in Digital Media alongside 2 years of computer science courses. I've had over 10 years of computer repair experience and nearly that in web design and web programming.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
From the age of about 5 years old, I started taking apart gadgets without my parents' permission - and broke a good number of them while trying to learn how they work. That mindset carries with me to today and drives my interest in making new and old things work better.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work primarily with home users - with a special interest in helping those who are older or without early experience with computers. Among small businesses, I've worked with dental offices, non-profits, online selling businesses, and creative professionals
