RS HVAC Services recently installed a new furnace in my home. Greg Stark and his associates first came and looked at the current one, which really needed replacing! Greg and his employees went over all the options with the different type of furnaces available and what would be best for us. I didn't feel pressured to buy the highest priced furnance, but rather had the opportunity to ask questions about all of them. Once I had made my decision, the timeline was quick and they worked within my schedule to replace the furnace. Greg checked in throughout the process while the technicians were on sight to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the service. The employees who installed the furnance were great! Very professional, and did not seem bothered when I asked questions about the process. Greg's associate, Joe, was also great. He is very knowledgable about residential HVAC systems and took time to go over everything with us once the furnace was installed. This company made me feel like they really cared about me, the homeowner, and making sure I was comfortable, rather than just coming in and doing a job for the highest profit. I would recommend them to anyone looking for anything from replacement to just a cleaning, You'll be happy with the professional, freindly people at RS HVAC Services! Thanks again to Greg, Joe, and the team! Happy to say I'm not worried going into this winter with my old furnace!
