- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
that it all depends on the job. sometimes a small project can turn into a big project, been there done that we just never know, but what I do kno is that we can fix it all.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy meeting new people and love giving all my work effort so that their satisfied and whenever they need something fixed in the future I hope they call me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my highschool diploma and also did some online courses trough previous jobs. 4 years of being a maintenance technician building and complex and still counting.
