Hi! my name is Tony... Im currently working as a maintenance technician at the Prarie Pointe apartments in St Charles,IL...been in the field for 8 years commercial and complex and still counting. I have a lots of experience in plumbing electrical ,etc.I also enjoy helping others get things done that they cant or don't have the time to do. i also want people to say that >Fxit< was worth it. I love challenging myself with anything and I do it the right way, so if you need help getting something done me and my tools will be more than happy to help. also I only do existing for any of my services. Tony was great to work with. He came and quickly installed 4 outdoor light fixtures and a bathroom fan for us at a rate about half of what a larger company would have charged us. It was very clear Tony knew what he was doing — he was quick, friendly, and did the job very well.

Tony Munoz did exceptional work installing my Bosch 800 series dishwasher. He explained my water shutoff knob under sink was not turning as it should & susceptible to leaking. Was ready to get the part he needed from hardware store, but fortunately, he had part I needed on his truck (fully stocked with tools/supply). Online states this dishwasher came with a hard wire junction box, which it did not. Tony was patient enough to allow me make quick trip to Lowes, which greatly appreciated. Thankful he didn’t come back another time, but did an EXCELLENT job making sure everything was in top shape. For example, the pipe was too long (dishwasher would have been in its way). He skillfully cut it, making sure not to cut wires inside pipe; interesting to watch. Also, at top of dishwasher (which is suppose to connect to metal under counter) was missing that piece. He had it in his truck, and was able to get it to fit/look superb! Appreciate his skill and knowledge, as well as explaining to me questions that were asked. He’s very patient and diligent in his work. Dishwasher ran perfectly/quietly; so glad got someone like Tony, going at a normal pace and tackling such an important project to me. Learned a lot watching him, and appreciate him not rushing. His rates were more reasonable than others. To install dishwasher and haul away old dishwasher costs the same as another worker charged for installation alone. Looking forward to calling Tony for any future electrical or plumbing issues that may arise. Spectacular job; very happy/satisfied customer!

that it all depends on the job. sometimes a small project can turn into a big project, been there done that we just never know, but what I do kno is that we can fix it all.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy meeting new people and love giving all my work effort so that their satisfied and whenever they need something fixed in the future I hope they call me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my highschool diploma and also did some online courses trough previous jobs. 4 years of being a maintenance technician building and complex and still counting.
