- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I like to do is find out what motivated you to come to train? It is that motivation factor I want to rebuild them with and have to remind them when it gets mentally challenging. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continued Education with certifications & knowledge of shoulder problems, hip replacement, knee problems, care and prevention of sports injuries, specific nutrition, glutamine, and creatine
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided I wanted to do whatever I could to try and help people get fit, healthy and moving. People are intimidate by gyms. I had a friend who was over weight, had tried everything. We decided to go to the gym and work out together, I really enjoyed it and he found himself losing weight which inspired him to want me to train him. After 3 months he had lost 28 pounds! I enjoy physical fitness and the ability to help others stay fit and healthy.
