- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My priciing is customized for each individual groom based on needs, disposition, and size.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with customers on the phone..to get a feel for their needs. I can answer questions and or concerns they may have ..I tell them what I can offer...I can set up a visit/ tour if they would like...and if an appointment is made ..we fill out a customized file card that way we have info on file based on there visit, disposition, groom, needs, time frame, etc.

I graduated from The Academy of Dog Grooming Arts.
