FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Payments are made monthly for the month in advance- based on a per week payment calculator. Cancellations made outside of 24 hrs prior the scheduled lesson time will be rescheduled, and if rescheduling is not possible, the missed lesson will be deducted from the following month's payments. Cancellations made inside of 24 hrs by the student will result in a forfeited payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new student will receive a free introductory assessment to gauge the best process for proceeding so we can customize the lesson needs to each student. Once the best process has been established, lessons proceed on a weekly basis at the student's home or via an online method.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
