- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a multitude of factors that play into pricing which is why in-person thorough inspections with the use of moisture meters are important. Inspections are no charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to 1st inspect the damages, determine source of damage and severity, and plan a scope of work. Many water and fire damage projects may be covered under your home insurance depending on situation. We discuss options and move forward based on what's best for our clients and their properties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are an IICRC Certified Firm and EPA Lead Safe certified.
