Chic Chef truly exceeded our expectations. Early in our wedding planning process, we had a few tastings with various catering companies, but we felt the most comfortable and taken care of at Chic Chef. We worked with Lucy throughout the whole process and she was amazing! She made us feel so comfortable and said nothing when we requested 3 more tastings after the initial one to finalize everything. Alejandro was the chef during all of our tastings and he was fantastic! They were the only catering company that were flexible enough to make something for us for our cocktail that was not on their menu. Alejandro will work with you on flavors and will make adjustments if requested! On wedding day, all of the food came out warm and delicious. My husband and I thought the food tasted even better than we remembered. During dinner, we saw a lot of empty dinner plates so I think it was safe to say our guests enjoyed everything as well :) We are SO happy we chose Chic Chef as our caterer and we highly recommend them for any couples searching for a trustful company with high quality service. We cannot recommend The Chic Chef team highly enough! From the very start of the planning process, they were communicative, easy to work with, and incredibly accommodatingespecially with dietary restrictions (I'm gluten-free, and they handled that with ease). On the wedding day, the team truly went above and beyond. They made sure we had a plate of appetizers set aside (a small but huge gesture for any busy couple!) and kept our drinks full throughout the night without us even having to ask. We felt completely taken care of. Multiple guests commented on how friendly and professional the staff were, and everyone raved about the food. Even our photographer mentioned that the events manager brought him a plate of appetizers during cocktail houra first in his five-plus years of working weddings! The service, the food, and the overall experience were all exceptional. Were so grateful to The Chic Chef team for helping make our day perfect.

We hired Ravi and his team to cater our event as well as provide bar tending services. Ravi and his team did an excellent job in providing these services, The entire team was very energetic, pleasant to work with and very flexible to meet our needs. The food was delicious and we got great reviews from our guests. We highly recommend Ravi and Chic Chef Catering and would certainly hire them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my prices on per person and from there can make adjustments to give final price based on the menu provided by client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first goal is learning 3 things right away: What the occasion is, what type of cuisine is in mind, and how many guests are expected. After that information is provided, I can do my best to stay within budget and offer suggestions to assist the most I can.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. I learned many aspects of the business including managing banquet halls and catering and I have learned what it takes to make an event successful, from small corporate lunches to Indian weddings with over 1000 guests.
