Sept 2014 Lightspeed Technical repaired my washer through an extended warranty with Best Buy. The repairman never checked the washer after the repair to confirm that everything was working properly, if he had he would have noticed a major issue. Several hours later I put a load in the washer and turned it on. The water never stopped filling up the tub and it was pouring out of the top of the washer. Another company came out to determine why this happened and found that Lightspeed Technical had disconnected the water leveling hose and had not reconnected it. Our washer is on the main floor of our home, therefore the water flood into a hallway, a bedroom and into a finished basement. It has cost thousands of dollars to repair. Tried to discuss the issue with Technical Lightspeed after it happened but they were very rude and said no way were they responsible.
