Introduction: Many trainers focus on weight loss. However, a major part of my program focuses on arming you with the tools to lose the weight and keep it off. Roughly 90% of all Americans who attempt to lose weight, gain it all back within 1-2 years. My goal is to show you how to lose the weight AND keep it off long term. I've developed a program that has worked for hundreds of clients from all over the world. I love being able to help people reach their fitness goals! It's exciting to watch someone be able to accomplish tasks that they once thought were impossible to complete. There is rarely a dull moment in this line of work. I love people, and I have a different client, with different skills and struggles, as well as a different personality every hour of the day. It is never monotonous; it's rather exciting and challenging on a daily basis on many different levels. I feel very lucky to be in this field!

Working with Sabrina has been great! Since beginning training with her I have gone from running just under 1 mile to being able to run 3 miles straight. I have also gone down 4 jean sizes.
