- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent, flat-rate pricing based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and any add-on services (e.g. interior oven/fridge/windows). New clients who book recurring cleanings on Thumbtack receive a one-time $50 discount!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by collecting a few details about the space—bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and any special needs. We provide a quote upfront and schedule the cleaning at a convenient time. Our team arrives with all supplies needed and follows a clear checklist. After the clean, we check in to make sure everything meets your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners are trained one-on-one with ECC staff to learn our standardized checklists for Standard, Deep, and Move-In/Out, and Commercial cleaning services. We also provide in-depth training on safe chemical usage, equipment maintenance, and knowledge of eco-friendly and scent-free products.
