I purchased my first condo this winter. It needed quite a bit of work done to update the unit. I hired kareem to tile my kitchen based on a recommendation from a friend. I was extremely pleased with work & how precise was. He took up a god awful vinyl sheet that was at least thirty years old. I originally wanted just 12*12 tiles installed. Well upon looking for my tile color, I found a pattern I fell love with at lowes. I took a picture & sent it to Kareem to see if could change my pattern style. Without hesitation he agreed it could be done. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Kareem is one of several people remodeling my condo & all my experiences were not great. He always responded & kept me in the loop on what was going on & thats important to me. I definitely will be using him again.

We hired Kareem last spring 2013 after a bad flood destroyed our lower level. Our finished basement was now unfinished. As a growing family, this loss of needed play and living space was horrible. Kareem was the best and after helping us figure out what to do first, he completed the project very quickly. We had new walls, floors, and a great paint job. Kareem and his crew were responsible, professional, helpful with advice, and respected our budget. Kareem also paid attention to details and added trim to our new windows and door frames. After seeing the great work he did on our family room, we then hired Kareem to complete the adjoining laundry room. He put in new ceiling, walls, and built a closet to hide our water heater which improved the look and feel of our entire lower level. We are very happy with our new living space and highly recommend Kareem for any job.
