While interviewing candidates for my own staff, I discovered that many job seekers who are highly qualified might not get an interview because they do not know the best way to highlight their background and job experience. Because I received so many applications for each opening, I learned how to make up my mind about whether or not to interview a candidate after skimming through the person's resume.This is exactly what most other hiring executives do.
