FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price jobs fairly based on the time, tools, and materials needed to get things done right the first time. Most projects are quoted hourly, with a typical rate that reflects both skilled labor and a design-driven approach. I'm always upfront about estimated time and costs, and if unexpected issues come up, you'll know before anything changes. No hidden fees. No surprises. Just honest work at a fair price. For larger projects or ongoing work, I'm happy to discuss bundle pricing or custom estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a quick conversation. I take the time to listen and understand exactly what you need, whether it’s a simple repair, a design-driven upgrade, or a full-on transformation. From there, I walk you through the best approach, provide a clear estimate, and schedule a time that works for you. On the day of the job, I show up on time, ready to work, and keep the area clean and organized. I treat your home like it’s my own and make sure you're completely satisfied before wrapping up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My hands-on education started early. I worked in a hardware and plumbing supply store during college, where I learned the ins and outs of tools, materials, and building systems. Managing rental properties over the years taught me how to handle everything from structural repairs to cosmetic upgrades. I also bring a strong sense of design to every project. I can help transform your space with cohesive details like updated lighting, fixtures, and paint to make your home feel fresh, modern, and pulled together.
