- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As an Event Designer, my compensation structure includes a rate for labor and travel expenses, which are separate from the decor pricing. Following a consultation and concept discussion with the client, ideally at the event venue, the decor pricing is then determined.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A brief questionnaire will be 📨 to the prospective client for completion and return, which will assist in understanding the event and better serving their needs. Following a discussion of the concept via 📨 or ☎️, a venue walkthrough will be arranged to facilitate the creation of a wonderful design. 🎈🌷Should balloon artistry or floral design be the only requirements, providing photographs and measurements of the intended space for the balloon decor would be quite adequate.
