This was our first time using ROIK cleaning and overall good experience! There was some miscommunication about the pricing the day before the actual clean so I wished that was addressed earlier but Maria was able to work with me based on our prior conversation to get that resolved. Alexandra was our cleaner and she did a great job cleaning and taking her time to make sure it was completed thoroughly. Will use again in the future!
