I am satisfied with the roof, architecture shingles, over size gutter (6") gutter guard and chimney flashing. Crews that BNF used they all did excellent job especially the gutter guy. I am with them on the roof from start to finish (8am-8pm) I am checking every working steps, product brand and replace the damage wood desks. After roof finish I went to attic to check all the bathrooms and kitchen hose that completely connected to roof vents. Unfortunately one of the host is not connected but I did myself. My home roof a little over than 1000 sqf and they finished in 12 hours. Gutter and chimney flashing take another week to finish. You need to know your house. If your house is leaking in the basement you need gutter right away if you're doing this in the early spring or end of fall. We choose BNF because Rick answered all my questions in detail and price is in the middle. Contractor 101 you need to do. If you need good roof that last long time so don't be cheap. Call insurance for estimate you might get lucky. Don't ever trust or use public adjusters because they all SC. Ask for first payment when they up on your roof. Tell them your budget so you don't waste their time. You cheap and they'll cuts corner you ask for discount they'll cuts corners you don't check every detail they'll cuts corners because they need to make money too. BNF pros did my roof and siding. I totally recommend them. They were referred to me by my brother in law. Rick was sensitive about this pandemic. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our approach has temporarily changed since the COVID 19 pandemic. 1. We follow the guidelines by keeping a 6 to 8 feet distance. 2. We build a rapport while providing a free inspection. 3. We educate the customer about different options. "some qualify" to get a new roof, siding, and gutters for almost free. 4. We meet their needs and allow them to pay their way. 5. We also offer FINANCING.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the Roofing School of Illinois. (yes it exists, lol) I've been in this business for over 10 yrs.
