I've known Tony forever and was very excited to hear he finally is doing home renovation work. I've seen many of his projects first hand. (His work in kids' themed bedrooms is exceptional.) He has a great eye for decor and nice finishes. Since he was in law enforcement his whole life, I knew he was a reliable, responsible person to have around the house even with my preteen daughter and pets at home while I was at work. We had a lot of areas of minor earthquake damages to our home in California so I flew him out for a week. I not only needed crack repair in walls and all over paint, but there were lots of small things to fix or replace. Tony was masterful at noting every small detail. He was very clean, careful with paint not getting on hardwood floors or fixtures, he taped everything thoroughly, and matched paints perfectly. He was able to do many needed small repairs to plumbing and electric throughout the painting job. This made my life much easier and made the job go smoothly and efficiently. In the end, it looks amazing! Tony does not really need to improve on anything. I like that he admitted in one case that he could not tackle a problem with our upstairs carpeting and called in another professional. Thus, I knew the repair was done right and was not just a short-term fix. Thanks a million, Tony! The Pfitzmanns in Napa, CA

We contracted with Tony to do some remodeling work in our home. He gave us terrific ideas about color and design. Tony did all of the work as promised, excellent service, excellent quality of work. It was great to work with Tony and we would hire him again! Highly recommended!

I hired Tony to update my master bathroom and bedroom. He did a great job adding detail to the smallest things. Very caring when it comes to the design and build of the project. He went to great lengths to make sure my tile shower and floor was perfect. I would recommend him for any project.

JUST WONDERFUL. I almost hesitate to leave Tony a review in fear that he'll be booked the next time I need him, but I couldn't do that, because he DESERVES the highest praise. Tony came into our disorganized new home, took on a rather convoluted lists of home projects, made sense of everything, and just went to work. A couple of days later, my new house had turned into a working, functioning home. He did a little of a lot of things which showcases the diversity of his many talents, but one of the coolest things he did for us was to convert a coat closet into a pantry with the construction of some solid shelving. Besides his construction skills, he's a really awesome, reliable, and honest person. I recommend him highly .... and hope to be able to use his services again! Thank you, Tony .... you were a lifesaver!

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Updating/refinishing "dated" designs, colors and/or materials to make the property look new, fresh, clean and inviting

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for quality over price, but more importantly always obtain a written contract with the scope of work spelled out including, but not limited to, overall cost (with breakdown of labor and materials), start date, completion date, specific materials to be used, and the option to change the scope of work once the project starts.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Popular television shows can make home improvement look easy. Most jobs are better left to skilled and talented trades people.
