Stephanie was great to work with, starting with scheduling and re-scheduling -- once because of me and once because of staff illness. She was excellent at confirming dates and times. She arrived spot on time, was very good at getting the ins and out of our difficult house, and at working around my work-from-home husband and our two dogs. The house looked GREAT when she left. She was so pleasant and professional, and made us feel very comfortable having her in our home.

The pro, Stephanie, that came to help get my home company ready was so awesome. She was literally sweating when she was finished for the day. She was extremely thorough, and even asked what was most important to me before she began. I will definitely be calling her for future cleanings. We offer $75 off our house cleaning services for first time customers. Receive $25 off the first, third and fifth cleaning service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make booking our house cleaning services easy! Once you reach out to us through Thumbtack, we will call and get more information about your home and what services you need. We will setup an appoinment time for your cleaning, our house cleaners will show up on time and do a great job! We will follow up with you after your house cleaning service and ask for feedback, and if there is anything you would like recleaned. We hope to continue being your house cleaning service after our first cleaning!
