John was a breath of fresh air in the home contracting world. Following a major flooding event and a giant mess in the basement it was time to find out how to mitigate the potential of a flooding event in the future... Then I called John. He actually came to the house, discussed the plumbing history of the basement, understood the inter-workings of the sewer system in the neighborhood and put his 20+ years of experience to work in coming up with a solution. The best part... the solution was simple and inexpensive. I hired him on the spot. John was trustworthy, honest and really cared about helping me solve a problem. I will hire him again next time for sure.
