I highly recommend Nicole for energy work !! My spiritual journey over the past year has been a very focused and fulfilling one, being in the Love and the Light, as well as working through Dark with the L&L in my heart. During this time I had a calling to try Reiki for the first time and just happened upon her name through this website. I feel very fortunate to have found Nicole to do energy work with and receive her insights and knowledge on a number of expansive subjects. From our first time meeting I felt safe, comfortable and cared for with my views and versions of this life. Overall a path of exploration and healing is an open minded one, filled with many forks in the road, changes, shifts, and questions, all to open up discoveries of self and to seek source. Some of my questions, observations and thoughts felt a little cuckoo at times, and never once with Nicole did I feel judged. I will continue to contact Nicole for a long time to come.
Bharat is an expert teacher of meditation. I am a physical therapist and the owner of Creative Therapeutics in DeKalb IL. I get positive feedback from my patients who have attended the meditation class. I personally have benefitted through Bharat's teaching through increased relaxation and stress reduction as well as a better perspective on stress and life. I have taken both private and group lessons with Tara. As a beginning yoga student it was important that I get the individual instruction so that I could get the attention that I needed to participate in group activities. Tara was incredibly patient and helped me both understand the postures and modify them so I was getting the most out of them. I suspect individual instruction with Tara would benefit anyone no matter what prior experience they may have had with yoga. Group classes have their benefits but if one needs to refine their techniques, learn new ones or, like me, is a beginner I would recommend individual lessons. Tara is passionate about yoga and an excellent teacher. A ideal person to study with.
Samanthia is absolutely excellent and I look forward to my next class. She is trustworthy, very professional, and an excellent communicator. In addition to her positive energy and calm sense she is motivating and made sure we were all comfortable, yet giving our best effort. She arrived early and is extraordinarily kind, and caring. What I loved about her is that she tailors to your request and goals. We all have different levels of yoga experience and Samanthia embraced us all. She is also very knowledgeable and understanding which is important to me. And her rates are fair. Additionally, she is a positive instructor who embodies the true core of yoga no judgment and combining strength, stretch, and meditation. Finally I truly enjoyed her music, appreciated her attention to detail and commend her overall sense. Highly recommended!
I participated in Darrell's 5-week visioning group. In those five weeks I made incredible progress in my awareness, meditation and life goals. Darrell is a skilled guide and facilitator, one of the best listeners I've ever met, and an incredible source of knowledge and compassion.
I had my first chelation experience with Venus. She has such a calm presence and the treatment was remarkable. I felt like so much was lifted - lighter. And strangely enough, when we spoke afterward, she also shared experiences that were the ones I felt and experienced. We were connected in ways I could not fully explain. I’ve also had a sound meditation class and a Qi Gong class with Venus. Both interesting and excellence. Highly recommend her talent and guidance to anyone.

Influenced by his experience as a ballroom dance instructor, Ken builds his class on the belief that proper alignment is fundamental. He guides you down the path to inner peace all the while making sure you start and maintain proper posture. Ken’s classes are the right mixture of repeated poses that build strength and confidence, as well as new poses that challenge us – just as he urges students to reflect on one’s Past and Present inner self while holding a pose. This past November on Monday nights, I, for the first time ever, started to attend yoga classes with Steph as my instructor! Steph is truly an amazing yoga teacher! As soon as I get to class my stress level drops after the crazy day I have had and as we get started I know the next hour or so is going to be the best, most enjoyable part of my day ☺️ I haven't really taken yoga classes before, but Steph does an incredible job of showing you and helping you get into the perfect position for each and every single pose you do. I have only taken classes on Mondays this past month, but feel like I have learned so much! I also am already feeling like I am noticing some of the benefits of yoga including increased flexibility and strength, along with improved breathing, and better posture. Not to forget to mention that I think it has and will continue to be so great for me post ACL and meniscus surgery. I look forward to continuing taking classes with Steph and seeing more positive results from yoga in the future! I highly recommend her to anybody looking to start or continue the amazing practice of yoga 🙏🏼 Steph is the best and has studied and done yoga all around the world and continues to do so, which makes her the best yogi and yoga instructor ever 💙💙💙
I started practicing Yoga at the Himalayan Meditation Center about four years ago and loved Elizabeth's enthusiasm, knowledge, and love of yoga. Her accessible style suits beginners and advanced practitioners alike. She takes her time to ensure students are doing the poses properly, and encourages them to challenge themselves in each class. Elizabeth's positive and calming energy makes me feel invigorated and relaxed after leaving class. Under her attentive guidance, I greatly improved my balance, flexibility, breathing and health.
The services your provided at Reike energetix are amazing. Rose Fier takes time with everyone to hear there story and help and comfort in every way that she can. Since I started coming to Reike all ive wanted is to learn more about it. Rose has taught me so many things i am greatful for. Rose is a wonderful teacher and a great friend. The events she has are an interesting look at things in Reike as well as our full moons. In learn Reike ive learned one of the most important things ill always cherish and share with others that only Love is real. I Thank you Rose for all you do at the center. I attended a Chakra Balancing Workshop last week. The workshop was very well planned out and ran smoothly. Valerie is very knowledgeable and answered all questions quickly and without hesitation. There were handouts and we were able to follow along and take notes. We analyzed Chakras, which was quite interesting, and made a note of each Chakra's activity. We then did a yoga practice for balancing Chakras. Valerie has a very calming way while leading the practice. The practice flowed smoothly. When the practice was over, we had a short meditation. Then we analyzed Chakra's again to see how they differed from the first time. I really enjoyed this workshop and plan on attending future workshops. I highly recommend Valerie for her workshops and yoga classes.
Over the years I’ve taken many yoga classes and have known many teachers, but it was not until I discovered a certified teacher of Iyengar yoga, the type Amy teaches, that I finally realized how beneficial yoga could be. Iyengar yoga is designed to help people with a wide range of abilities acquire the correct balance and positioning that enable the body to function at its best. For this reason, Iyengar yoga can be undertaken by women or men, children or older adults, and even people with disabilities, because an experienced teacher can tailor the person’s practice for any special needs or level of ability. My first Iyengar teacher moved away, and for a long time I feared I would never find anyone that good again. Then one day I read an article about Amy in the paper, and the long search was over. Like my first teacher, Amy has the ability to instantly spot whatever adjustment a student might need and can supply a wide range of aids to make a pose work for that person. She has a warm, welcoming personality, endless patience, and a good sense of humor. Our class can be challenging, but it’s always rewarding.
Kim Winston is by far one of the best yoga instructors I have had in my six years of taking classes. She has a nice style of teaching and does her homework by making the classes unique. I leave Kim's classes with a feeling of being refreshed and having a calmness. Yoga is so much more than getting in shape....it touches the mind,body and soul. It gets you connected to your inner self. Kim has that ability as an instructor to accomplish just that!
Conni is a healer of mind, body, and spirit. I've spent two retreats where she has opened my eyes to meditation and theta. I gained the most from our group sessions where our energy was the strongest. I'm looking forward to my next session with Conni next month.
Kristin is an amazing and intuitive yoga instructor. She truly teaches from the heart and her classes are great for everybody and every body. She allows you to make the practice your own, while challenging and empowering you. I look forward to her classes every week!
Deirdre brings so many things into the teaching of yoga ~ every week her class is different practice, so the attention and focus varies each week. She teaches you different poses and uses props. She teaches and explains different breathing practices. She explains how certain poses benefit a certain body part, or she'll explain about different muscles. At the end of the practice, sometimes Deirdre will read a short poem or beautiful saying. Other times she'll give a shoulder press at the end of class and use essential oils. In all, Deirdre incorporates the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of yoga all in one practice. Highly recommended teacher!

KeriAynn is a true professional. She is an excellent piano teacher. My kids enjoyed working with her. She was always on time, easy to be with, and organized. She was also very good a figuring out ways to reach the kids and explain concepts in ways that were easy for them to understand.
