Packing and unpacking is another skill that goes hand in hand with organizing, and it’s something I do carefully and neatly to make my customer’s moving experience as stress free as possible. For me it’s not so much about the money aspect of things ( hence my very competitive prices ),but more about helping people achieve order and peace in their life ! My outgoing personality, drive for efficiency, and time management skills are just some of my positive attributes when it comes to my work ! I will make any customer feel confident and assured that any task with me will get done in a timely matter, and to the best of my ability . Polina was indispensable throughout all the details of my move. From packing to organizing while unpacking, she had her finger on the pulse of the whole project. I am not one to let go of the details but I quickly became very comfortable with Polina and had no hesitation with letting her take the reins and manage the project. I highly recommend Polina; she was responsive, professional, punctual, hard working and very comforting as I was letting go of my family home of 40 years. I honestly don’t know how I could have managed without her. Don’t hesitate to work with Polina, she is worth every penny!

Polina was a god send. Showed up exactly on time as promised. I was moving 3 of us out of my marital home and have zero family or friends to help. She became my new bff, but better, she never waited to be asked, she just did what ever needed to be done. Helped me organize and made suggestions and moved up and down 3 floors with boxes and what not. Helped me transport stuff to storage. I seriously didnt think 4 hrs would be enough-- we finished early!! Had time to go over it all again.. Thanks to her, my official moving day will run like a well oiled clock!!

Polina was professional, responsive to my concerns and extremely kind. We planned to hire her to pack up china and collectibles from an elderly relative's apartment. She was even going to transport boxes to shipping facility! This was extremely helpful since we were flying to Chicago and would not have access to a car. We decided to postpone our project until spring, when we could drive the boxes home. I highly recommend Polina. She has a great work ethic and I felt very comfortable trusting her with our valuables. I wish I could bring her to my home in Alabama!

Polina helped my elderly aunt pack her apartment for a remodel. It was so comforting to Know that somebody we could trust would come and help her with this difficult process.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    For organizing, decorating, packing/ unpacking I charge $30-$40 an hour depending the scope of the project .

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I make it a point to preferably speak on the phone . I feel as though hearing the voice on the other end makes customers feel more comfortable with the process . I understand it can be a bit odd inviting a stranger into their home , and therefore a phone conversation may alleviate some discomfort from the entire process . During the introduction I like to listen to what exactly the customer needs , and I go on to tell them exactly what I can offer them and the step by step actions I will take . If they choose to hire me , we decide on the date and time that’s convenient, and we go from there ! The rest is history as they say :)

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have had many clients who’s homes I helped pack , unpack, decorate and organize that would love to speak of my skills . Please read my reviews .
