Medel is a terrific trainer. I have not exercised in a long time and Medel started me out slowly taking "baby steps" and working towards a routine that worked well for me. Medel helped me achieve my goal to get overall fit. He knew when to push hard somehow knew when I just didn't have the enerygy. He still got the results by assessing my strength at each session. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge 30- 40 for in home. If we train at the studio I charge anywhere from 50-60. Reason being is because there is a 15 dollar fee at the studio per client. This is all for an hour's worth of the training. If you do decide to hire me as your trainer the first session will be an assessment. Shouldnt take longer then 15-30 mins. This assessment is completely free. After that we will go over prices and see if you think me and you would be a good fit together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first session is free of charge. Will go over your goals and put you through a workout. See what your strengths and weaknesses are. After that if were a good fit, then we can discuss pricing and packages.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm certified through issa in personal training and nutrition. I get recertified every 2 years. I'm always studying books, new methods etc. You can never know enough.
