I work with a about 5 roofing companies before I found Sam. I need a repair from an ice dam issue I experienced back in February. I needed this fix before the snow comes.
I got qoutes from all of them. Most were verbal qoutes. But I had trouble scheduling anyone. After the qoute, no one would retun calls. If I was able to schedule someone, they would not show up. Very frustrating and time consuming process.
Everything changed with Sam. His team came out when they said they would. Provided a written qoute. Took time to answer questions. Provide a couple of solutions to pick from. Payments were easy via Zelle. Scheduling was easy. Good comunication. If they were not able to come out, they called and explained why and reschedule right away. They warrenty thier work.
Overall a very positive experience.

After a overnight rain, we noticed a leak on the ceiling started in the great room area- the plaster ceiling has a slight damaged due to the accumulated rain water. I put a Roof repair request and got an immediate response from Sam(Miller via phone) and he’s willing to check it out. He did promptly showed up the next day and he was equipped with a drone to inspect the damage up the roof without risking or climbing up. (cool technology) . He showed me a pics of the exact spot of a bare wood where the roof tiles have gone, plus some areas that buckled up ( require fixing). Sam gave me his detail roof diagnostic, repair procedures, and estimated price. We agreed , got the contract signed, and he’s able to bring along his crew the same day(Saturday) and they did the necessary roof repairs. Throughout, Sam is constantly in communication with me on what’s happening (that’s a plus) and he’s around to check his crew’s work before and after. I will highly recommend Sam and his crew members . BTW.. that evening another downfall of rain , this time no more ceiling leaks.
