FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Most students purchase 8-lesson packages, which cost $150 for 15-minute lessons (for our youngest students), $300 for 30-minute lessons, $400 for 45-minute lessons, and $500 for 60-minute lessons. You are welcome to schedule a FREE 15-minute trial lesson to get started.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We typically start with a free trial lesson, which allows you to meet our instructor(s) and talk about your goals. We then match up your schedule with the instructors and choose a time slot most convenient for you.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our top priority is to maintain a team of world-class instructors. Beyond an extensive education and teaching experience, we believe that hands-on professional acumen, such as playing regular concerts, organizing art expositions, or living abroad in the country where the foreign language is spoken is an essential element of being a motivated, patient, professional, fun, and dedicated teacher. These characteristics, along with the right personality, are just as important to us as the instructor’s solid academic background in their discipline. Our talented team of music, art, and language instructors offers students a true passion for teaching, unique methodologies, and the benefits of their invaluable teaching skills, as well as degrees and certifications from the world’s best colleges and universities.
