Richard was very knowledgeable during the inspection process. He arrived earlier than his appointment time and had the outdoor part of the inspection virtually completed when I arrived making my participation time very minimal. He also was able to point out a few cosmetic changes that could be done at a reasonable cost which would improve the appearance and update the property. He was also able to recommend several contractors to contact if I chose to have work done. I was very satisfied with the overall process.
