Our first contact with Heather was positive. She was responsive, upbeat, and eager to secure our business. We invited Heather to our home to meet us & our dogs ~ it was a good meet & greet. After discussing her services, the specific needs of our 2 dogs, and her pricing we sealed the deal. I tipped her $10 just for coming to our home & added $1 to her daily fee as she would be driving across town. She told us we would receive a daily text as to how things went - NEVER HAPPENED! We had one exchange (Which we initiated) via text due to extreme weather. By weeks end, we got report from my parents - where our dogs were staying, that she had not come many days. I texted her again trying to understand & she said in addition to the weather she had become sick but confirmed she would walk our dogs on the final day agreed upon. Once home we learned that not only did she not show up at the time she stated for the final walk, but never responded to my mother who called her 3 times while waiting for her. I called Heather to make sense of all this & to date she has still not responded to my call. Very disheartening & upsetting. We feel duped! We simply can not recommend Heather.
