Brittni is an exceptional dance instructor. She is great to work with. She took my non salsa dancing boyfriend and created a monster. He now has the confidence to dance anywhere we go. I knew the basics of salsa dancing and she helped me improve my moves. She has the patience to guide every step of the way. I highly recommend Brittni. We will definitely be calling on her again!

My husband and I have been taking ballroom dance lessons off and on for about 25 years. In that time, we’ve had many teachers. We’ve enjoyed something about all those experiences. But, Anna is the whole package! She’s a beautiful dancer, she’s an excellent teacher, she is patient, creative, and very professional. One of the things we really appreciate about her is how flexible and spontaneous she can be. Sometimes I come in with an idea of something I want to work on, without knowing the name of it or even being able to show her what it looks like. However she always knows what I’m talking about and will figure it out for me. And best of all-we always have a great time with her!

Pamm was an excellent teacher. She was very friendly and helped us to feel comfortable when neither of us were very good at dancing. She also came up with a simple but beautiful first dance for our wedding. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend her!

Charles was outstanding to work with and I used him to help us plan our first dance. As a beginning dancer with no rhythm, Charles had his work cut out. Throughout the process, Charles was great at listening to our goals and able to put an achievable game plan together so we'd be ready on the big day. He was extremely patient and able to adapt to our skill level by using different approaches as necessary. Whether you are a beginner like me or looking to perfect your technique, Charles can certainly tailor a program to help you reach your goals.

I have been a student of ballroom dancing with Connie Reeves for approximately five years and have been consistently impressed and more than satisfied with the outstanding teaching she does. Connie always arrives in a positive frame of mind, eager and enthusiastic to teach and guide. She finds innovative and enjoyable methods of teaching, whether simple and basic steps to a beginner or more challenging and elaborate patterns to a more advanced dancer. Connie takes her teaching and her dancing with the utmost seriousness. Yet her instruction is always fun and pleasant. She clearly loves what she does and wants to convey the enjoyment of dancing to everyone. She knows how to present information, even the little things that make such a difference, in a clear and precise manner. All in all, she is the consummate professional. I give Connie my highest recommendation and have recommended her as a dance teacher to friends.

Jessica and Vaneza are absolutely amazing. The quality and passion that they put in their work is exemplified through the commitment and focus they bring every dance session. They really make sure that you understand the steps and that it clicks before moving forward. I have gone to dance classes where the individual gets lost in the group but at windycity dance, I do not believe that to be the case.

There are misconceptions that line dancing is all about cowboys and country and western. Yes, there is country and western but Rita Svane makes it look cool, and easy. Rita's style is encouraging and you feel she is talking just to you. Her teaching is excellent in its clarity; steps are taught in short blocks that are gradually put together to create the main frame of the dance, which makes it easier to learn from. I always enjoy the different sorts of music Rita chooses for the dances and her instruction moves are very well thought out. I believe she shows a true reflection of what line dancing is today.
