What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have some prepriced menu packages at our website but the majority of our events our custom created and priced accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask our clients a number of questions in order to created the best menu and event plan for their situation. For larger events and fully staffed home events we will do a site visit to insure that the event is a success.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Paul and Ginger have both completed culinary apprenticeships and Ginger has a college degree in culinary arts as well as 80 years combined experience in the field.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am the daughter of the owner and started as his sidekick when I was just a baby.
What types of customers have you worked with?
With our many years of experience in the business we have worked with every type of client...from the small drop off box lunch to large high profile fundraisers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you check reviews before hiring any provider on the major review sites.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Make sure you know your event timing details, have a general idea of your menu wishlist, and a budget range in mind.
