- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what my client wants in regards to places I should focus on, and what specifics there is to certain areas of the house and how I can work around meeting all their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the cleaning services for nine years now and was a professional cleaner through a company for five years. I was promoted to a team lead and then a new hire trainer only a year after I started working for the company.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for Molly maid cleaning services for 5 years
