- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have an additional flat charge of $30 per item that needs to be moved from the 4th floor with no elevator (plus an additional $10 per floor above the 4th), and a $75 rental equipment charge for any large appliances or large safe boxes, plus a $25 charge for each additional large appliance or safe box beyond the first 2. Stand-up pianos and organs can be added to a move for a flat $150 fee. Large pianos are doable, but price varies based on size, weight, and layout of your home/apartment. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ For furniture delivery services, we have a base price of $175. This covers the following in full: 1.5 hours of labor with 2 workers, stairs (up to 3 flights), pickup truck rental, gas, tolls, 10 miles traveled, stretch wrap, tape, bubble wrap, use of ratchet tie-down straps, moving blankets, and toolkit. If the delivery is for/includes a specialty item, such as a large safebox, large appliance(s), or stand-up piano, specialty item fees (mentioned in section above) will still apply. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Packing/unpacking/move-prep services are $40/hr for 1 worker, $80/hr for 2 workers. Minimum charge of 3 hours. This only includes the following level(s) of labor: unpacking/packing of boxes, wrapping/unwrapping of furniture, and readjusting the placement of furniture less than 24 inches. No stairs with furniture. Stairs for placement of boxes are included. Specialty items will be considered on a case to case request, but we do not guarantee any specialty items can/will be touched during this services. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Rearranging furniture or "labor-only" services are offered at a base price of $275. This covers the cost of the following in full: 2 hours of labor, stairs (up to 3 flights), stretch wrap, 6 rolls of tape, toolkit, and use of moving blankets (During move only). Labor beyond the initial 2 hours is prorated every 15 minutes at a rate of $110/hour.

We will go over the moving process with you and see what type of services you need. You can discuss any special requests you may have, and inquire further about any part of our business to help you feel more comfortable throughout the process. Graduated from college with a BS and a minor in business management. Worked for a moving company for 10 months as assistant project manager.
