Introduction: I truly believe yoga is for everyone and everybody. I am able to meet my students where they are and become one with them. For instance if it's an advanced class then of course we will be doing vinyasa flows and peak poses but at the same time if I am teaching restorative or beginners, I am always a beginner as well and can meet them where they are. A good teacher feels the energy of their students and meets them where they are. My yoga class is about my yogis not about me. When I teach a class it is your class. I am providing a service for you. I am always open to suggestions and very personable. Namaste' I truly have such a passion for teaching yoga. I do not consider it work, as it is my passion but it is a service I provide. It is so rewarding to see my yogi students start at one place and to be on their journey with them as they make progress.
